Nanjing Chuangli gear machinery co., ltd. adheres to the leading strategy of science and technology. We have more than 30 professional and technical personnel, including 16 engineers with professional titles, 5 technicians with Master degree or above and more than 20 full-time staff engaged in research and development.
Since Chuangli was founded in 2005, we are committed to the study and research on high-end and high-speed transmission field in the last 12 years with increasing R&D investment, which accounted for more than 13% of the company's operating income. Up to now, our company has won 26 inventions and utility model patents of national authorization, we are move towards the field of aviation engine and gas turbine.
Most of the key technical staffs of our company come from Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory (now: China Transmission). By inheriting, digesting and absorbing the original "Philadelphia PGC design" manual data and the theoretical knowledge of tooth profile and gear manual materials; applying the technology and experience of high-speed gearboxes accumulated in the past 30 years, it has provided a strong technical support for the development of our high-speed gearbox in the aspects of R＆D and business. In addition, the high-speed gearbox contains an important component---sliding bearing. We worked with Mr. Qiu Damou, Professor of XJTU to develop the " software package of sliding bearing performance calculation", which was a success.
General manager Fei xiuguo has been focusing on the field of high-speed gear technology of Philadelphia (HS.MHS) for 20 years and has accumulated tens of thousands of successful experience in R&D and application of high-speed gear. Our manger developed NGGS high speed gear box which won the second prize in science and technology for first domestic integrated high-speed gear box and presided over the R＆D of gear with linear speed up to 178m/s (606) as well as high speed gear with power up to 55000KW.
We worked with XJTU, NUAA, NAU, 703 research institute of CSIC, 608 institute and so on. Our company builds a "high-speed gear transmission research institute" in cooperation with Nanjing Agricultural University; build a technology laboratory for aviation gear transmission test" in cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics; Awarded as "Nanjing engineering technology center" in 2016.
Our company’s high-speed gear design technology is derived from the gear design calculation program of Philadelphia Gear Company. The bearing design technology uses the Philadelphia Gear Company program and the “sliding bearing performance calculation software package” jointly developed by our company and XJTU. We had imported SolidEdge software form EDS company to fully implement 3d CAD, CAPP, PDM and other information technologies, realized the seamless integration of product data at design, process flow, processing and other stages; fully ensure the speed and quality of product development and manufacture.
We use PDM software to deal with product data which further accelerate the adjustment speed of company's product structure to high-precision, high-speed, large-scale, digital, automation.
For the quality control of the high-speed gearbox of our company, the gear strength is evaluated according to the standard A G MA421.06; the gluing is assessed according to the standard A G MA217.01 and GB3480.83; the vibration, axial position and bearing temperature are monitored according to the standard API670-2000. We will accelerate the upgrading of various components and accessories, improve the quality and performance of products according to the latest standards of the industry.
